Our last meeting of 2012 was to discuss Uncommon Criminals by Ally Carter. The kids took part in a library scavenger hunt that led them to all sorts of different books that the main character, Kat, may have checked out in her adventures around the world. Then to celebrate the holidays, we made Christmas tree ornaments from the rolled up pages of books we've read this year. (Ok, copies of pages- I couldn't tear up a book!)
